Our Little Bulldogs have a couple of spots still available for our spring session. The spring session will run from April 18-July 11. If you are interested in attending, please send us an email.

We have just started our spring session. If you would like to come and try a class, we offer a free trial classes in the evenings and for homeschool. Classes run Tuesday and Thursday: Family classes 6:30pm, Teen/adv will start at 7:30pm
Homeschool classes run Mondays at 1pm.

If you are looking for additional training that is a little more intense, Saturdays are for you. The focus in these classes are on katas, sparring and fitness. We will be preparing for tournaments on Saturdays, but competing is not a requirement to attend class. You will need sparring equipment for this class.
While it is important to continue training through the summer, it is time for a break from karate. Our summer program focuses on building strength and endurance through a multitude of workouts. Each class will look a little different but all will have the same goal. We want all of our athletes to finish the summer stronger with more endurance than when they started.
Classes will run on Tues. & Thurs @ 6:30pm. Classes will start Tuesday July 7th and will continue until August 27.
Classes are open to anyone who would like to train with us, all fitness levels welcome.
